Is HEY MY DOCTOR free?
Downloading the app, booking appointments (excluding telemedicine) and entering a practitioner-prescribed follow-up are free for patients. The other features are paid, at $2.99 per month. The platform is 100% free for healthcare professionals.
Is my health data protected?
Privacy is at the heart of HEY MY DOCTOR. Your information is encrypted, securely hosted and shared only with the professionals you authorise. You stay in control of who accesses your records, in line with the GDPR.
What is the emergency card?
The emergency card gathers your vital information such as allergies, treatments, medical history and contacts. It stays quickly accessible when needed, even by first responders, wherever you are.
Can I book appointments and use telemedicine?
Yes. You will be able to find a practitioner nearby, book an appointment in seconds and consult remotely by telemedicine. Your prescriptions and documents are filed straight into your records.
